Made from 100% Gamay from a 4 HA site in Beaujolais, this juicy, freshly pressed red berry fruit palate is both elegant, fresh acidity and crammed with ripe berry fruit.
Beaujolais is fast becoming my favourite red wine for summer months.
Drink slightly chilled with white meats, salads, white cheese but works great with a slice of pizza too.
