A blend of 58% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Chardonnay and 16% Semillon. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in terracotta amphorae and ceramic eggs, while the Chardonnay and Semillon are matured in amphorae and neutral oak, creating texture and complexity without pronounced oak flavours. 13.5% ABV

This Chenin comes from Simonsberg, Stellenbosch and we love it! Full bodied white with lots of nectarine, pineapple, yellow apple, star fruit and a mineral finish, The palate is complex and layered, featuring an array of spices, vanilla, apples, yellow plums, apricot, and lemon meringue. A creamy texture and long zesty finish.

Organic & vegan, aged on it's lees in oak barrique and finished in concrete tank.
