This Chenin comes from Simonsberg, Stellenbosch and we love it! Full bodied white with lots of nectarine, pineapple, yellow apple, star fruit and a mineral finish, The palate is complex and layered, featuring an array of spices, vanilla, apples, yellow plums, apricot, and lemon meringue. A creamy texture and long zesty finish.

Organic & vegan, aged on it's lees in oak barrique and finished in concrete tank.
