Bernard Defaix Bourgogne Aligoté 2024 is a bright and refreshing white wine with aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers, complemented by subtle herbal and flinty mineral notes. The palate is crisp and lively, with vibrant acidity, citrus-driven fruit and a clean, saline finish that makes it wonderfully refreshing. An ideal aperitif and an excellent match for oysters, shellfish, salads and goat's cheese.
