Crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc, this elegant Loire white displays delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe pear and citrus with subtle mineral notes. The palate is supple and rounded, balanced by vibrant acidity and a refreshing chalky character, leading to a long, clean finish. An excellent accompaniment to seafood, fish, poultry in creamy sauces and goat's cheese.

Bright pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Delicate aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers are complemented by subtle brioche notes. Crisp and elegant on the palate, with refreshing acidity, lively orchard fruit and a clean, mineral finish.

Chenin Blanc & Chardonnay Blend

This Chenin comes from Simonsberg, Stellenbosch and we love it! Full bodied white with lots of nectarine, pineapple, yellow apple, star fruit and a mineral finish, The palate is complex and layered, featuring an array of spices, vanilla, apples, yellow plums, apricot, and lemon meringue. A creamy texture and long zesty finish.

Organic & vegan, aged on it's lees in oak barrique and finished in concrete tank.
