It pours a brilliant pale yellow with youthful green reflections. The nose explodes with an intense, exotic bouquet of pink grapefruit, fresh apricot, lychee, and ripe honeydew melon, beautifully layered with wild Mediterranean herbs and a dash of salty sea breeze. On the palate, it is crisp, vibrant, and surprisingly textured. A luscious wave of zesty citrus, lemon curd, and tree fruits glides over a creamy mid-palate, effortlessly balanced by a driving vein of saline minerality and a long, persistent finish marked by a classic touch of bitter almond.
