Fleshy, medium-to-full bodied, and incredibly refined. Concentrated flavors of dark orchard fruits seamlessly layer over a backbone of firm, velvety tannins and fresh, balancing acidity. Aged for 12 to 14 months in oak barrels, it offers a beautifully balanced profile that perfectly balances approachable fruitiness with sophisticated aging potential

The Dundrum shop, the sole survivor, has been open for almost 50 years and is run by the third generation, Ruth Deveney. A multi-award winning shop, Ruth is passionate and knowledgeable across wine, beer and spirits and loves an ole question so hit her up!
