Nordés Gin is Galicia in a bottle. It is particularly unique in that its base spirit is obtained from albariño grapes, something that gives it its delicate aroma of white fruit and flowers. Its ingredients include 11 botanicals, 6 of Galician tradition, which give it its fresh, balsamic notes. This gives rise to a perfectly balanced flavour that firmly places it amongst the very best premium gins and makes it perfect to enjoy in good company.

Sling Shot Gin is proudly distilled and bottled at our micro distillery in Lanesborough, Co Longford. We are the first distillery to ever distil peat as a botanical in gin. The peat creates an incredibly rich and smooth mouthfeel, while adding a deliciously earthy finish to our otherwise bold and fresh Irish gin.

Tasting Notes: The citrus and mint give beautifully fresh top notes, the juniper and cardamom in particular add spice and boldness while the peat finishes it off with an earthiness and rounded mouthfeel, balanced with a hint of freshness from the mint.
