The Château la Bastide Corbières Tradition Rouge is a medium bodied red wine blend of Syrah (60%), Grenache (20%) and Mourvèdre (20%).

All grapes are destemmed and then aged in stainless steel for 12 months. Smoky and spicy aromas with soft and ripe tannins. With a hint of black cherries and blackcurrant it is well balanced and elegant on the palate.

A beautifully expressive Faugères from the schist-covered hills of the Languedoc. This classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan offers generous aromas of ripe red and black berries, blackberry, cherry and subtle Mediterranean herbs, with a distinctive mineral note from the schist soils.

The palate is juicy, fresh and well balanced, combining ripe fruit with fine tannins and a savoury, mineral finish. There is plenty of Mediterranean character here, but the wine remains elegant and wonderfully drinkable.

Bright and expressive, with aromas of citrus, apricot and white flowers. The palate is rounded and juicy, showing peach and fresh orchard fruit, lifted by vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

A juicy, vibrant red from the sun-drenched vineyards of Roussillon. The nose bursts with blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, alongside fragrant notes of garrigue, pepper and Mediterranean spice.

The palate is smooth, generous and beautifully fresh, with ripe dark fruit, soft rounded tannins and a savoury, spicy character. Medium to full-bodied but wonderfully easy to drink, with a lively finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

A pale pink pour releases a highly fragrant bouquet of fresh wild strawberries, raspberries, and red currants laced with an exotic touch of passion fruit and grapefruit zest. The palate is crisp, crunchy, and delightfully refreshing, layering bright orchard fruits and peaches with a fine, creamy mousse and a perfectly balanced, mouth-watering acidity.

Pale salmon in color this rosé offers a bouquet of summer berries, peach and a little tangerine. It is mouth-wateringly juicy, has a medium-bodied creaminess and is packed with vibrant fruit flavors.
Ideal as a summer aperitif but well enough structured to stand up to seasonal foods such as salad Niçoise, a watermelon, basil and burrata salad, dressed crab and prosciutto.

A  lively, highly expressive nose opens with enticing aromas of wild strawberries, black cherries, and plums layered with hints of black olives and dried Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, supple, and beautifully light on its feet—delivering juicy raspberry and cracked pepper flavors framed by ultra-fine tannins and a crisp, mineral-tinged finish.
