A traditional local mix of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta

Crafted by the Falezza family, who have operated their estate since 1974, this wine utilizes the traditional ripasso method. The base Valpolicella wine is "re-passed" over the warm, sugar-rich grape pomace leftover from making intensive Amarone wines. This secondary fermentation injects a deeper complexity, body, and structure into the wine without losing its food-friendly acidity.
