A classic Left Bank Bordeaux with aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum and cedar, complemented by hints of tobacco, graphite and sweet spice. An excellent match for roast lamb, beef and mature cheeses.

The palate is fresh and medium-bodied, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a refined mineral character, leading to a long, balanced finish. An excellent pairing with roast poultry, pork, charcuterie and grilled vegetables.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cabernet Franc and grown in the warm climate of the Lodi region at the northern end of California's Central Valley.

The Drifting wine is dominated by blackcurrant flavours and the addition of Syrah and Cabernet Franc provides layers of raspberry and cherry notes. Brief ageing in french oak adds toast and spice to the finish.
