The Château la Bastide Corbières Tradition Rouge is a medium bodied red wine blend of Syrah (60%), Grenache (20%) and Mourvèdre (20%).

All grapes are destemmed and then aged in stainless steel for 12 months. Smoky and spicy aromas with soft and ripe tannins. With a hint of black cherries and blackcurrant it is well balanced and elegant on the palate.

The grapes used to make this wine are grown in the stony, limestone and clay terroirs typical of the southern Rhône Valley. It is a blend of three emblematic varietals: Grenache noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The destemmed grapes are vinified in concrete vats and then aged in concrete and stainless-steel vats for a year. The wine is a beautiful ruby-red colour with an intense nose of red berries and spices. It is supple and generous on the palate with a very fine and elegant tannic structure.

100% Syrah

Djobi Djoba is a remarkably juicy, energetic, and highly approachable natural expression of French Syrah. Made without heavy oak influence to fully preserve its pure, youthful personality, it strikes a beautiful balance between refreshing depth and casual drinkability

The nose opens with an inviting, fruit-forward symphony of sun-ripened black fruits, dark cherries, blueberries, and wild blackberries. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, velvety, and wonderfully supple. Soft, non-aggressive tannins carry a plump, slightly jammy core of dark berry compote that blends seamlessly with enticing undertones of sweet baking spices, cracked black pepper, and a subtle hint of damp earth

Domaine Mazurd's "Carte Blanche" Côtes du Rhône is a rich and intense red wine,  a blend of Grenache and Syrah, with aromas of ripe red and dark fruits like plum and cassis, accompanied by notes of oak, smoke, and spice.

A real all rounder and only 13.5% ABV

A powerful yet elegant Alentejo red, displaying concentrated blackberry, ripe plum and dark cherry, layered with smoky tobacco, dark chocolate and warming oak spice. Full-bodied and structured, with polished tannins, balanced freshness and a long, sophisticated finish

More weight and concentration than some Hermitage this year, as well as more alcohol, concentration and a larger frame that will help it age. Named after the gravelly soils of the region and the historic gravel warehouse that now serves as the winery, "Les Graviers" is a beautifully pure and expressive Northern Rhône Syrah. Crafted with partial whole-cluster fermentation and aged in neutral oak barrels, it delivers an authentic, terroir-driven profile without heavy oak influence. The nose opens with a fragrant mix of wild blackberries, fresh blueberries, and crushed violets. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and crunchy, blending savory black olive tapenade, cracked black pepper, and dried herbs against a backdrop of soft, fine-grained tannins and bright, food-friendly acidity.

A beautifully expressive Faugères from the schist-covered hills of the Languedoc. This classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan offers generous aromas of ripe red and black berries, blackberry, cherry and subtle Mediterranean herbs, with a distinctive mineral note from the schist soils.

The palate is juicy, fresh and well balanced, combining ripe fruit with fine tannins and a savoury, mineral finish. There is plenty of Mediterranean character here, but the wine remains elegant and wonderfully drinkable.

The 2023 vintage offers beautiful notes of black fruits, garrigue and spices. The mouth is greedy, with a tannic texture present but very fine. The opulent, round finish is undoubtedly charming. 75% Grenache, 25% Syrah. Food pairing: Leg of suckling lamb with thyme flower, ratatouille, Provençal tomatoes, lamb tagine with prunes.

A juicy, vibrant red from the sun-drenched vineyards of Roussillon. The nose bursts with blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum, alongside fragrant notes of garrigue, pepper and Mediterranean spice.

The palate is smooth, generous and beautifully fresh, with ripe dark fruit, soft rounded tannins and a savoury, spicy character. Medium to full-bodied but wonderfully easy to drink, with a lively finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

100% Syrah

An incredibly elegant, precise, and light-handed expression of Northern Rhône Syrah grown on the dramatic granite soils of the prized La Dardouille vineyard site. Hand-harvested and aged for 18 months in fine French oak barrels and demi-muids, this 2021 vintage beautifully prioritises terroir clarity over heavy oak power.

It pours a bright purple with a luminous core. The nose opens with a fragrant, youthful bouquet of dark plums, black cherries, and wild cranberries, underscored by crushed violets, dried lavender, and a prominent crack of peppery spice. On the palate, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, and beautifully energetic. Crisp, crunchy dark forest fruits are perfectly framed by fine, chalky tannins and a lively vein of acidity, resolving into a long, mineral-driven finish highlighted by a classic touch of black olive tapenade.

Dry, medium to full-bodied, with generous dark fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity and supple, well-integrated tannins. Notes of sweet spice, black pepper and garrigue herbs add complexity, while an underlying mineral character brings freshness and definition. The finish is savoury, smooth and persistent
