Rich and creamy, with aromas of ripe apple, tropical fruit and vanilla. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, showing flavours of baked pear, citrus and toasted oak, supported by refreshing acidity and a long, buttery finish.

The Dundrum shop, the sole survivor, has been open for almost 50 years and is run by the third generation, Ruth Deveney. A multi-award winning shop, Ruth is passionate and knowledgeable across wine, beer and spirits and loves an ole question so hit her up!
