This iconic cuvée from the estate is characterised by aromas of ripe red fruit, menthol and liquorice. On the palate, the crisp fruitiness is enhanced by lovely tannins that bring a certain freshness to the wine. Ageing potential: 7-9 years.

100% in barrels, 15% of which are new, for 12 months. The wine is then blended in stainless steel vats and bottled after light filtration after 18 months. 13.5% ABV

The Pinot Noir Reserva from the Fin del Mundo winery is a deep ruby red wine from Patagonia. After a maceration of 18 days, malolactic fermentation takes place followed by aging in oak barrels for 9 months. This Argentine label is characterized on the nose by floral hints, fruity aromas of cherry and light spicy notes, which translate onto the palate with fresh and elegant sensations.

100% Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 

Expressive aromas of ripe red cherry, dried rose petals, and a hint of tangerine peel greet the nose. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, delivering concentrated flavors of raspberry and black fruits seamlessly layered with warm baking spices, clove, and a touch of earthiness.

Fresh and elegant traditional-method sparkling rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. Pale salmon in colour with fine, persistent bubbles, it shows aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry layered with delicate floral notes and hints of brioche and toasted bread from lees ageing. The palate is crisp, creamy and well-balanced, with lively acidity, subtle red fruit and a long, refreshing finish. An excellent aperitif and a versatile match for charcuterie, seafood or light pasta dishes.

Produced by Domaine Charles Audoin, one of the benchmark estates of Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits, the Cuvée Marie is named in honour of Cyril Audoin's grandmother and is crafted from a selection of the domaine's oldest and finest Pinot Noir parcels. The estate, now in its fifth generation, farms sustainably with organic practices and bottles its wines unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity and terroir expression. Aged predominantly in French oak with minimal new wood.

Róisín Curley MW is an Irish-born Master of Wine and one of Burgundy's most acclaimed micro-négociant producers. Based in Burgundy since 2015, she sources tiny parcels of organically farmed Pinot Noir from exceptional vineyard sites and employs a minimal-intervention approach to showcase purity and terroir. Her handcrafted wines are produced in extremely limited quantities and have earned a cult following for their finesse, precision and Burgundian authenticity.
