It pours a translucent, medium-pale ruby red with a subtle pinkish rim. The pretty nose jumps from the glass with a crunchy bouquet of fresh red cherries, wild raspberries, and field strawberries, laced with notes of red liquorice, white pepper, and soft wood spice. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied, bright, and refreshing. Its juicy core of red fruits is shaped by a high, energetic vein of acidity and soft, well-integrated tannins, resolving into a crisp, pure, and food-friendly finish.

High-intensity aromas of fresh white peach, harvest-tide apples, and delicate white flowers open beautifully on the nose. The palate delivers a delicate and balanced mousse, layering crisp citrus and orchard fruits with a distinctly gourmand profile before concluding on a clean, rounded, and mineral-driven finish.

This iconic cuvée from the estate is characterised by aromas of ripe red fruit, menthol and liquorice. On the palate, the crisp fruitiness is enhanced by lovely tannins that bring a certain freshness to the wine. Ageing potential: 7-9 years.

The Pinot Noir Reserva from the Fin del Mundo winery is a deep ruby red wine from Patagonia. After a maceration of 18 days, malolactic fermentation takes place followed by aging in oak barrels for 9 months. This Argentine label is characterized on the nose by floral hints, fruity aromas of cherry and light spicy notes, which translate onto the palate with fresh and elegant sensations.

100% Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 

Expressive aromas of ripe red cherry, dried rose petals, and a hint of tangerine peel greet the nose. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, delivering concentrated flavors of raspberry and black fruits seamlessly layered with warm baking spices, clove, and a touch of earthiness.

Fresh and elegant traditional-method sparkling rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. Pale salmon in colour with fine, persistent bubbles, it shows aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry layered with delicate floral notes and hints of brioche and toasted bread from lees ageing. The palate is crisp, creamy and well-balanced, with lively acidity, subtle red fruit and a long, refreshing finish. An excellent aperitif and a versatile match for charcuterie, seafood or light pasta dishes.

Produced by Domaine Charles Audoin, one of the benchmark estates of Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits, the Cuvée Marie is named in honour of Cyril Audoin's grandmother and is crafted from a selection of the domaine's oldest and finest Pinot Noir parcels. The estate, now in its fifth generation, farms sustainably with organic practices and bottles its wines unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity and terroir expression. Aged predominantly in French oak with minimal new wood.

An incredibly expressive, fruit-forward, and value-driven California red crafted under serial entrepreneur Baron Ziegler's Pavette brand—named after the combination of the Latin word for peacock ("pav") and the French suffix for "little" ("ette"). Primary fermentation takes place in open-top tanks with a portion of whole stem inclusion to build subtle structure. The wine then undergoes malolactic conversion before aging for up to 9 months in a strategic split of 75% inert stainless steel tanks and 25% French oak barrels, ensuring the varietal fruit stays intensely vibrant while gaining a gentle framing of wood.

Róisín Curley MW is an Irish-born Master of Wine and one of Burgundy's most acclaimed micro-négociant producers. Based in Burgundy since 2015, she sources tiny parcels of organically farmed Pinot Noir from exceptional vineyard sites and employs a minimal-intervention approach to showcase purity and terroir. Her handcrafted wines are produced in extremely limited quantities and have earned a cult following for their finesse, precision and Burgundian authenticity. Famously described by insiders as one of the wine world’s best-kept sparkling secrets, this premium bottle is crafted using the identical traditional method (Metodo Classico) as Champagne. Sourced from highly regulated, sand-and-silt marl slopes, it spends a minimum of 36 months aging on its lees in the cellar before disgorgement.

The "Royal" Pinot Noir serves as a benchmark for the von Winning philosophy: capturing the purity of the Pfalz terroir through a modern, minimal-intervention lens.

 Energetic and polished. On the palate, the wine demonstrates the "tension" von Winning is famous for; the fruit is perfectly ripe without being heavy, supported by a backbone of fine-grained tannins and vibrant, racy acidity.
