Crafted by the renowned Bertrand Ambroise estate in Prémeaux-Prissey, this organic white Burgundy offers sensational class and concentration from higher-altitude hillsides. Vinified with natural yeasts and traditionally aged on fine lees in French oak barrels (with a small percentage of new oak), it achieves a beautiful balance between mineral tension and texture.

It opens with an expressive, clean nose featuring aromas of golden apples, ripe lemon curd, and white peach, overlaid by sublte notes of toasted hazelnuts and a hint of vanilla bean. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fleshy, and precise. A bright wave of citrus-driven acidity cuts cleanly through the wine's naturally rounded, waxy texture, driving forward into a long, mouth-watering finish defined by a classic limestone minerality

Louis Moreau Chablis is a fresh, elegant expression of Chardonnay, showing aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers with classic flinty minerality. The palate is crisp and vibrant, balanced by subtle orchard fruit and a saline, chalky finish that lingers with refreshing acidity. A superb match for oysters, seafood, grilled fish and goat's cheese.

This iconic cuvée from the estate is characterised by aromas of ripe red fruit, menthol and liquorice. On the palate, the crisp fruitiness is enhanced by lovely tannins that bring a certain freshness to the wine. Ageing potential: 7-9 years.

100% in barrels, 15% of which are new, for 12 months. The wine is then blended in stainless steel vats and bottled after light filtration after 18 months. 13.5% ABV

Róisín Curley MW is an Irish-born Master of Wine and one of Burgundy's most acclaimed micro-négociant producers. Based in Burgundy since 2015, she sources tiny parcels of organically farmed Pinot Noir from exceptional vineyard sites and employs a minimal-intervention approach to showcase purity and terroir.
