Vinified with natural yeasts and traditionally aged on fine lees in French oak barrels (with a small percentage of new oak), it achieves a beautiful balance between mineral tension and texture.

It opens with an expressive, clean nose featuring aromas of golden apples, ripe lemon curd, and white peach, overlaid by sublte notes of toasted hazelnuts and a hint of vanilla bean. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fleshy, and precise. A bright wave of citrus-driven acidity cuts cleanly through the wine's naturally rounded, waxy texture, driving forward into a long, mouth-watering finish defined by a classic limestone minerality

An elegant, approachable white Burgundy that captures the purity and freshness of Chardonnay. Its clay and limestone soils contribute to its mineral character, while ageing on fine lees gives a little extra texture and complexity. A lovely balance of fruit, freshness and understated Burgundian charm.

Dry, fresh and beautifully balanced, with flavours of crisp apple, ripe pear and citrus fruits. A lively acidity brings freshness and precision, while ageing on fine lees adds a gentle roundness and soft texture. Subtle mineral notes and a hint of nuttiness provide additional complexity without overpowering the fruit.

A particularly appealing expression of Bourgogne Aligoté, offering more texture and aromatic complexity than the traditionally lean style. The 2023 combines ripe fruit, lively freshness and pronounced minerality. Domaine Perraud's flinty and clay-rich soils contribute to its distinctive character, while stainless-steel ageing preserves purity and freshness.

An exceptionally elegant, direct, and unmanipulated expression of cool-climate Burgundy. Vinified with wild, native yeasts and aged with very light extraction in mostly neutral French oak barrels, it skips heavy oak mask to keep the vintage's bright energy front and center

It pours a translucent, medium-pale ruby red with a subtle pinkish rim. The pretty nose jumps from the glass with a crunchy bouquet of fresh red cherries, wild raspberries, and field strawberries, laced with notes of red liquorice, white pepper, and soft wood spice. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied, bright, and refreshing. Its juicy core of red fruits is shaped by a high, energetic vein of acidity and soft, well-integrated tannins, resolving into a crisp, pure, and food-friendly finish.

Domaine de Bellene – Bourgogne Pinot Noir ‘Maison Dieu’ 2022

Beautifully ripe and juicy, with layers of cherry and blackberry fruit. A supple, rounded texture is balanced by fresh acidity and fine-grained, silky tannins. Subtle savoury and spicy notes add complexity, leading to a long, elegant finish. 13% ABV

Domaine du Château Philippe le Hardi (formerly Château de Santenay) was once the stately home of Philip the Bold, the first Duke of Burgundy. The duke was famous for banning the cultivation of Gamay in the Côte d’Or, in his edict of 1395 which stated that only Pinot Noir could be used to produce red wines from these fabled slopes.

Bright ruby in colour. This Pinot Noir is brimming with red cherry and raspberry fruit married with subtle hints of spice and violet. Velvety tannins coat the palate and a lively acidity carries the flavours onto the juicy finish.

Domaine Bernard Defaix farms its Chablis vines organically on clay-limestone soils rich in Kimmeridgian fossils, then vinifies this cuvée in stainless steel to capture precision and freshness. The 2023 Chablis is bright and linear, with notes of lime, grapefruit, green apple and white blossom over a clear saline backbone. Beautiful!!!

100% Chardonnay

It pours a brilliant pale gold with light greenish reflections. The nose is wonderfully expressive, opening with fresh white flowers, crisp green apples, and lemon curd, elegantly framed by sublte notes of integrated butter cream and soft toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine is tight, focused, and beautifully precise. A clean, driving vein of high citrus-driven acidity punches through a slightly rounded, waxy texture of pear and stone fruit, carrying into a long, mouth-watering finish defined by a classic limestone grip

This iconic cuvée from the estate is characterised by aromas of ripe red fruit, menthol and liquorice. On the palate, the crisp fruitiness is enhanced by lovely tannins that bring a certain freshness to the wine. Ageing potential: 7-9 years.

100% in barrels, 15% of which are new, for 12 months. The wine is then blended in stainless steel vats and bottled after light filtration after 18 months. 13.5% ABV

Pale lemon with green reflections. An expressive nose of lemon zest, ripe yellow plum, white peach and white flowers, with hints of toasted hazelnut, flint and wet stone.

The palate is beautifully concentrated and textured, combining generous orchard fruit with fresh citrus acidity. Subtle oak influence and lees ageing add creaminess and depth, balanced by classic Chablis chalky minerality and a touch of salinity. Long, elegant finish with a delicate savoury, oyster-shell character.

An elegant and expressive Pinot Noir with aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by subtle earthy notes and sweet spice. From a south-east facing slope, the 2023 Côte de Beaune Blanc “Les Pierres Blanches” expresses all the charm of biodynamically grown Chardonnay on the limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune.

This terroir of stone and light yields a wine of exemplary purity, at once fruity, saline, and delicately structured. The 2023 vintage is full of ripe fruit full and elegant acidity. The wine opens with white flowers, fresh pear, and citrus, enhanced by a touch of chalk and almond.

On the palate, the wine is fine and taut, marked by linear minerality and a refreshing, saline finish. A Côte de Beaune Blanc of balance and elegance, both approachable and distinguished. 13% ABV

A beautifully poised and elegant Chardonnay from one of Pouilly-Fuissé's newly classified Premier Cru sites. On the palate it is rich yet wonderfully fresh, combining ripe citrus and stone fruit with impressive minerality, fine acidity and a lovely saline finish.

The wine has excellent texture and depth without feeling heavy, making it a classic example of the more refined side of southern Burgundy Chardonnay

Róisín Curley MW is an Irish-born Master of Wine and one of Burgundy's most acclaimed micro-négociant producers. Based in Burgundy since 2015, she sources tiny parcels of organically farmed Pinot Noir from exceptional vineyard sites and employs a minimal-intervention approach to showcase purity and terroir. Her handcrafted wines are produced in extremely limited quantities and have earned a cult following for their finesse, precision and Burgundian authenticity. Maison Auvigue has a long history in the Mâconnais, beginning in 1946 when Francis Auvigue and three fellow growers established a small négociant specialising in Pouilly-Fuissé. His grandsons Jean-Pierre and Michel later expanded the business into other Mâconnais appellations. A classic, structured Pommard with a ripe, expressive fruit profile balanced by earthy complexity, mineral freshness and firm but refined tannins. The 2022 shows attractive fruit and texture, although its underlying structure suggests that it will benefit from further bottle age
