Meaning "Tell me" in Spanish, this conversation-starting wine entirely skips heavy oak aging to let its vibrant Mediterranean fruit and mineral heritage take center stage.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cabernet Franc and grown in the warm climate of the Lodi region at the northern end of California's Central Valley.

The Drifting wine is dominated by blackcurrant flavours and the addition of Syrah and Cabernet Franc provides layers of raspberry and cherry notes. Brief ageing in french oak adds toast and spice to the finish.

2016 was a bumper vintage and because of this, Chateau Mauvesin made a 2nd wine.

85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Lots of cassis, tobacco and cedar with a sweet red fruit profile and a silky, dry finish!

Malbec Reserva from Cantina Fin del Mundo is a wine coming from the territory of Patagonia with an intense red color with violet reflections. After a maceration with alcoholic fermentation of 30 days, it is passed in French oak barrels where it ages for a few months. Intense floral aromas of violet, fruity aromas of plum and hints of tobacco and vanilla.

The Pinot Noir Reserva from the Fin del Mundo winery is a deep ruby red wine from Patagonia. After a maceration of 18 days, malolactic fermentation takes place followed by aging in oak barrels for 9 months. This Argentine label is characterized on the nose by floral hints, fruity aromas of cherry and light spicy notes, which translate onto the palate with fresh and elegant sensations.

100% Baco Noir (An iconic French-American hybrid grape variety with thick, deep blue-black skins).

This 2020 vintage is an exceptionally bold, deeply colored, and smooth expression. Fermented entirely in stainless steel before being aged for 6 to 8 months in North American oak barrels, it perfectly tames the grape's wild, rustic personality.

It pours an opaque, glass-coating ruby-purple colour. The expressive nose opens with a pungent, jammy bouquet of sweet wild blackberries, dark currants, and ripe blueberries, intricately layered with sweet cinnamon, sandalwood, and a touch of savory dried oregano. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied, rich, and remarkably plush. A concentrated core of dark bramble fruits is supported by a mouth-watering vein of cool-climate acidity and soft, supple tannins, resolving into a long, warming finish heavily accented by cedar smoke, toasty oak, and cracked black pepper.

More weight and concentration than some Hermitage this year, as well as more alcohol, concentration and a larger frame that will help it age.
